The house is located in the heart of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station, and the port of Skiathos. A recently renovated, lovely semi-basement, with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden right in front of the house, with an increadible view of the sea. The space includes a living room/full kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bed (in the living room, separated by the library), a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. You can also find a library with books, full kitchen appliances, free WIFI, Netflix, an iron, and much more. There is also a bicycle that visitors can use for free.
The first bed (full-size) is located in the living room, behind a bookcase divider. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and fresh sheets and pillows are provided when you arrive. The apartment also has a pull-out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. We have air conditioning and a dehumidifier in the living room and a low-noise ceiling fan in the bedroom.

"A great location in Skiathos. Alex and his family were very helpful and welcoming. Alex's mum made us homebaked biscuits, and the terrace overlooking the sea is the best addition to the property. So relaxing. You can walk to the main street and harbour within 10 minutes, and 5 minutes down to the closest beach."

Every person that was walking past got caught in it but we had the privilege to enjoy it from the beatiful garden where all was available to when ever we wanted to.
